I’ll start: I’ve become a big fan of Acme Weather, a new app from the team that created Dark Sky before it was bought by Apple.
Also: Hello Weather has one of the friendliest interfaces I’ve seen, and its notifications are excellent. Both require subscriptions for all the features, but they are worth it.
