Looks like Cloudflare is currently suffering their first huge global service outage in a few years, and by luck of the draw, SCW & E/W are among the millions of sites affected. Access is probably going to be spotty until they fix things.
We escaped the AWS outage a few weeks back, but this one bit us good. Not much we can do except sit tight and wait for it to be over.
