I grew up in the north, and we complained about winters all the time. Like the -23F temperature and -55F windchill one blizzard. Or the snow drifts up to the second floor bedroom windows. Or the ice storm that shuts down the city for two days.
So why can’t we complain about the lousy weather in Houston?
