It seems December has broke the stale warm pattern we were in. After little or no rain this fall we finally broke the drought with over 3" the last two days here in Friendswood. The heater in my house also kicked on this morning for the first time this year bringing that familiar but not so pleasant odor that you get from the coils after a long summer hibernation. Probably the first time the heater has been used in my house since last March…
