Since everyone around here has strong—often _insanely_ strong!—opinions about Houston’s seasons, we’ve created **special “seasonal” groups**. Join the one (or ones!) that represent what you think is the _best_ weather Houston has to offer, and show off that preference with little badge thingy on your avatar!

**[You can browse and join all available groups right here!](https://discourse.spacecityweather.com/g?type=public)**

Feel free to **join the one that most aligns with your seasonal leanings** —or join several, if you just can’t pick a single season that defines your personal ideal Houston weather experience. Maybe you’re all about those pumpkin spice lattes in the fall, or perhaps you can’t get enough of those long lingering July nights? Or maybe you’re more of an early sunset, snuggle-down-with-a-blanket-in-December kind of reader? C **hoose your allegiance, and fly your seasonal flag high!**

Once you join a group, you’ll gain **an optional custom title** repping your chosen season, along with a small **seasonal badge for your profile picture**. To customize this stuff, navigate to your [account preferences page](https://discourse.spacecityweather.com/my/preferences/account), and scroll down to the “Title” and “Flair” boxes.

**Here’s a screenshot of what you’re looking for:**

Pick your allegiance, hit save, and let the other readers know exactly where you stand, and what time of year in our fair Bayou City is closest to your heart!

( **You’re free to join more than one group** —you can join all four, if you like! Joining a group just gives you the ability to display that group’s title & flare on your profile picture when you post. If you decide to join more than one group, **you’ll just have more options in the “Title” and “Flare” drop-down boxes!** )

If you run into any trouble—or if you have ideas for additional groups, badges, or other fun community activities—please drop us a note in the #Forum Feedback category.

**TEAM WINTER 4 LYFE!!!**
